Sandy Allen (46), of Indianapolis Indiana, is the tallest living woman at seven feet seven inches tall. On July 14th, 1977 she under went an operation on her pituitary gland to stop her from growing further. Poor circulation and week muscles in her legs has left her dependant on a wheel chair.
